Customers may also arrange their own pickup or shipping directly from our warehouse in Elkhart, Indiana. All shipping, customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Delivery typically takes 8–10 weeks from order confirmation. This includes build time, quality testing, and final inspection before shipment. Custom configurations may require additional time.

The DROP DECK is a lowering rear platform available on single RIDEABOUT models. It lowers to ground level for easy roll-on wheelchair access without ramps. Once loaded, the deck lifts smoothly into driving position using a hydraulic or mechanical system, supporting up to 1,000 pounds safely.
