4. Is the EZ LOCK wheelchair restraint system available?
Yes. PHED Mobility is an authorized EZ LOCK dealer, and the EZ LOCK automatic wheelchair docking system is available for both the RIDEABOUT and RUNABOUT. Before ordering, PHED Mobility will confirm that your wheelchair is compatible. Note: The EZ LOCK requires a specific docking pin from EZ LOCK to be installed on your wheelchair for proper operation.

8. Do you offer nationwide or international delivery?
Yes. PHED Mobility provides nationwide and worldwide delivery.
Customers may also arrange their own pickup or shipping directly from our warehouse in Elkhart, Indiana. All shipping, customs duties, tariffs, taxes, and import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. -
9. What is the typical delivery time?
Delivery typically takes 8–10 weeks from order confirmation. This includes build time, quality testing, and final inspection before shipment. Custom configurations may require additional time.

11. What is the DROP DECK mechanism?
The DROP DECK is a lowering rear platform available on single RIDEABOUT models. It lowers to ground level for easy roll-on wheelchair access without ramps. Once loaded, the deck lifts smoothly into driving position using a hydraulic or mechanical system, supporting up to 1,000 pounds safely.
